| Turnings - Poem by Gerard Geiger |
|
Turnings Strong yet exhibiting a delicacy in form and function. A slightly oval joint with a rounded point gently sloping into the sculpted contour between the achille tendon and the valley of the ankle. Strong and well-turned a thing of beauty strapped to an inclined plane, moving in a stiffly elegant manner...a full three inches above the floor...a graceful arched tendon posed provocatively for alert eyes.
